Frequently asked questions

What should I check before buying a flat?

RERA registration for new projects, clear title and approved plans, society NOC and dues, carpet versus super built-up area, possession date and the builder’s track record. Our buyer’s guide walks through all thirteen steps.

How do you value a home I want to sell?

From recent registered transactions in your society and the immediate area, current competing listings, and the condition and floor of your home, not from an aspirational number. You get a realistic range and a plan to reach the top of it.

What are the costs on top of the price?

Budget roughly 6 to 7% for stamp duty and registration in Gujarat, plus society transfer charges and, for a loan, processing fees. We list every cost before you make an offer.
